Taking influence from the Yin Yoga Elements; Earth, Fire, Air and Water. We have used these as inspiration to create our Elements of Life collection.

Our Go To Leggings are fun, on trend and will help you go the distance. Match them or mix with one our Pulse Sports Bras to ensure your both your style and workout are on point. Layer up with our vests. Mix it up with another fab colour or match it with the same. For our base fabric, we have used a fabric milled from recycled plastic water bottles. Why? Because being green matters to us as much as it matters to you.

Our Go To Leggings come with a waistband that skims the top your hips and sits just below your navel. We’ve also added a discrete little pocket to the waistband for anything you need to take on you daily travels.

In terms of length, you’ve heard of a 7/8 right? For cooler months we’ve gone for an 8/9. A touch longer but not quite a full-length leg. On a longer leg the GTL will be ever so slightly cropped, on a shorter leg the Go To Leggings will sit more towards the ankle.

The model is 5ft 6in (167 cm) and is wearing size S.

We recommend keeping all milk and dairy free alternatives in the fridge to keep it at its best.

For your fabulous new active wear, we suggest following the care instructions for your garments. But here are some general tips:

Wash colours together, even garments that you have washed before.
Remove bra padding before washing. These can be rinsed under water.
As with all new garments, please allow for a small amount of dye transfer on first wash. If you can, wash before wearing ideally separately.
Avoid using fabric softeners. The use of fabric softeners can stop the benefits of our fabrics from working and may cause the fabric to bobble.
Do not tumble dry.
Please do not iron.
For our fab printed items, we advise washing the garments inside out.
