What are shipping costs and times?

This is the answer to question 2.

Is it easy to make a return?

If you are not entirely happy with your skimmed milk purchase, then we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase or exchange with no quibble as long as the following apply: Your items are unworn and in resalable condition. Have the original swing tags still attached You order makes it back to us within 28 days of delivery. If all the above apply then simply follow the return instructions enclosed with your order. If you have lost your paperwork, email us at please contact us at hello@skimmedmilk.london and we will send out a duplicate. Please send your order back to us on time. We suggest using a tracked service so you can see where you parcel has been. We can't accept any liability for lost or delayed items that are sent back to us. Once the product has been received by us, you will be notified by email. Once the return has been inspected and approved you will either by notified that a replacement has been sent or a credit has been made. Any credit made will be to your original means of payment. If you have a fault with your garment, please contact us at hello@skimmedmilk.london None of the above affects you statutory rights.

Standard Shipping (Hermes):

Shipping times: 2-5 working days.
Cost: FREE SHIPPING for orders over £30 (otherwise £4.00)



First Class Royal Mail: 

Shipping times: 1 working day (if ordered by 2pm).
£2 for orders over £30 (otherwise £5.00).

Royal Mail: 

£10 for orders under £130. Orders over this will be on us.

Shipping times vary on where you are in the world. Here are some approximate times:

Europe: 3 to 7 working days.

Rest of the world 5 to 10 working days.

The are just approximate times, orders may arrive sooner. Sometime delays do happen, please bear this in mind. Parcels to India, please allow an extra week for customs processing.  




DHL: 

1-4 working days.
£20.00 for all orders. 

As all orders are shipped directly from the London, England. You may be charged customs fees, depending on where you live in the world. These fees will be payable through your local customs once your order has reached its final destination country.

As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by the country you live in. Payment of the duties will normally be required to release the order from customs.

When placing an order at Skimmed Milk, the order charged by us not include any additional import duties required. Normally, the carrier will inform you of any additional duties if required. If they don’t please contact your local delivery partner with your tracking number who will be able to help.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Skimmed Milk, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If a delivery is attempted by one of our delivery partners, but you miss the delivery here is what to do:

- Royal Mail will leave a card with the explaining how to organise redelivery or collection from a post office.

- My Hermes will attempt to deliver 3 times. If all 3 deliveries are unsuccessful the items will be returned to us and a refund processed.

- International Deliveries - Please contact your local delivery partner for further details. 

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you love your new activewear from Skimmed Milk. If you aren’t entirely happy with your purchase, we will be able exchange or refund your order.

Just make sure that:

- Your items are unworn and in resalable condition.

- The original swing tags are still attached.

If the above apply, simply follow and complete the returns form enclosed with your order. If you need a replacement returns form, please email us at hello@skimmedmilk.london and we will send out a duplicate. 

When posting your order back, please send your order so it makes it back to us within 28 days of delivery. We suggest using a signature on delivery service if you can. Sadly Skimmed Milk can't accept any liability for lost or delayed items that are sent back to us. 

Once the return has been approved you will either be notified by email that a replacement has been sent or a credit has been made.

Your new activewear should be in tip top condition. If you have a fault with your order or can spot something wrong, please contact us at hello@skimmedmilk.london where we will be happy to help.
