If you are not entirely happy with your skimmed milk purchase, then we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase or exchange with no quibble as long as the following apply: Your items are unworn and in resalable condition. Have the original swing tags still attached You order makes it back to us within 28 days of delivery. If all the above apply then simply follow the return instructions enclosed with your order. If you have lost your paperwork, email us at please contact us at hello@skimmedmilk.london and we will send out a duplicate. Please send your order back to us on time. We suggest using a tracked service so you can see where you parcel has been. We can't accept any liability for lost or delayed items that are sent back to us. Once the product has been received by us, you will be notified by email. Once the return has been inspected and approved you will either by notified that a replacement has been sent or a credit has been made. Any credit made will be to your original means of payment.
