Her passion is about evolving her clients relationship with their bodies and movement. To move in a way that benefits them the most and never feels like a punishment.
What are your favourite studios nowadays?
My favourite fitness studios are BLOK and Third Space. I love BLOK for the community it has created. I also know and trust that no matter what way I’m feeling there is always a class to support the way I want to move. I can continue my cross discipline training whether it’s barre, Calisthenics, Pilates or YIN. BLOK has it all and the most phenomenal instructors to provide those teachings.
Third Space is my happy place. I go there to work on my strength and resistance training. The equipment is world class and the environment is so motivating in itself. My favourite way to move there is to go for a swim and relax by the pool after. Sometimes just doing nothing is everything I need and more.
Would you recommend Skimmed Milk to a friend?
YES! Oh my goodness I’ve converted so many clients and friends over already. Have you seen the colours oh my word! Every set is so beautiful. And I feel beautiful wearing it to teach or at the gym.
If you were given £1million to use in a day what would you spend it on?
What wouldn’t I use it on oh my! I’d spend one third of it on my family and friends. Another third donated to charities close to my heart. The final third I would buy my dream home in London, a kitchen aid mixer and adopt a puppy and kitten. Then I would go buy everything they need - fly to an island in Greece and eat everything. No expense spared when it comes to my loved ones and food, always.e.
Peace everyone my name is Natt aka Umoja, I am a yoga instructor located in Miami, FL. I manage a wellness brand called Planet Umoja where we create and share content to nourish the mind,body, and soul.
How did you decide to become a yoga teacher?
I started practicing yoga because I have been suffering from scoliosis for a long time and I wanted to become more aware of my body. I first started practicing off of Youtube videos and then started guiding classes in my room with some friends. Overtime I wanted to get deeper into my practice and I built the courage to fly to India to attend a teacher training course and it has completely changed my life for the better.
If you could choose a colour for our next collection what would it be?
If I could choose a color for your next line it would be a pastel orange. Something that reminds me of orange creamsicle.
Hahaha! If I had to choose between yoga and chocolate I would choose yoga. Yoga gives me way more peace of mind and harmony in my life and chocolate doesn't fulfill that so, sorry chocolate, you gotta go.

I teach vinyasa flow, rocket yoga, and gentle yoga styles online from London and Wales. I am a former modern dancer and I came to yoga looking for a way to stay healthy and fit, and I stayed for the warmth of the yoga community.
What keeps you motivated to practice yoga?
My focus right now is teaching. I get on the mat to plan classes, so I suppose my motivation is to make it a good class-- one that gradually builds heat, presents you with at least one playful and interesting challenge, and leaves you feeling better.
The other thing I love to do is yoga-flow to music, I do that a few times a week purely for fun.
How does our recycled material feel on your body during your practice?
Good! Everyone likes a dependable waistband and I love a solid colour fit.
If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport so that you had a chance at the gold, what would it be?
Yoga, dance, or some combination thereof? But to me, yoga, like dance, is a form of art and I think making it into a competitive sport would detract from its meaning. So actually-- Words with Friends, or speed-typing, I'd def win a spot on the national team of a small State.

I live in Kent (UK) and have been practising yoga for over 20 years, and teaching since 2008. Teaching yoga is a wonderful hobby and I’m grateful to have a full time job that I enjoy as well.
I started yoga in my early twenties and fell in love straight away, and established a home practice. After deepening my knowledge through a foundation course I signed up for a 500 hour teacher training course with the British Wheel of Yoga. My great yoga friend introduced me to Instagram yoga challenges in 2013 and since then I've made many great yoga friends on the platform and my practice has expanded in ways I didn’t think possible 😀
What is your favourite yoga pose?
This has to be king pigeon pose, I love how many parts of the body are involved and the range of options that are available to people when I teach it.
How did you discover Skimmed Milk?
On Instagram – seeing some of my yoga buddies wearing their outfits, I waited for a sale and pounced 😊
What is something that always makes you laugh?
I love a farce, whether it’s my partner or children or a comedy show coming out with something absurd – before I realise it, my mind takes me into that absurd place and I can’t stop laughing even though everyone else has moved on.
